It’s very hard to find someone who doesn’t like Pizza and I know there isn’t anything that can replace a good old cheesy pizza. But for anyone who is trying to shift to a gluten-free diet for any reason or anybody who maintains a healthy lifestyle and often craves for a pizza then this recipe is a must try. So today I am sharing this pizza recipe which is super healthy and very easy to make. Its one of those dishes which can be made quickly for those who are always on the go. I have used Eggplants as the base. After a hard day at work if u need something quick, healthy and delish then try this.
YOU WILL NEED:
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Red Pepper
- Pizza sauce (any canned one)
- Himalayan Pink Salt
- Mozzarella Cheese
Step 1: Preheat your oven at 300 for 10 mins and meanwhile line your tray with baking paper.
Step2: Take 2 eggplants and cut them in approximately 1-inch thick rounds and line them neatly on the baking tray and make sure they are separated well enough from each other.
Step 3: Sprinkle some Himalayan Pink Salt on them and put them in the oven to roast at 250 for 15mins
Step 4: Carefully take out the tray and layer each of the rounds with good amounts of tomato sauce.
Step 5: Sprinkle generous amount of cheese on it
Step 6: Top it up with Cherry Tomatoes, Spinach and Basil
Step 7: Sprinkle some Red Pepper Flakes on top for seasoning
Step 8: Put it back in the oven for 10 mins or till the cheese starts to melt
Step 9: Get ready to Enjoy it!
